Kevin R. Rimbault was born and raised in Northern California.  After graduating from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, he held a number of sales and marketing jobs in the technology industry, eventually ending up in Western North Carolina. Given the choice of continuing  in technology, or staying in Western North Carolina, Kevin began a career in Real Estate Appraisal. After fifteen years of appraisal in this market, and over four as an MAI, Kevin's market knowledge, experience, and education is well established.
In addition to ongoing education, Kevin has completed the requirements for inclusion in the Appraisal Institute's Professional Development Registry for the following programs:
